We are a group of independent mediators practising in Wales and the border counties.
Our mediators have various specialities and experience of mediating a wide range of civil & commercial disputes.
We list all our mediators with brief details and a link to their website, so you can choose for yourself who you would like to use. You will then liaise with the mediator directly. As an association we don’t allocate mediators or administer mediations ourselves.
The Association of Wales and Border Counties Mediators has been formed by a group of Accredited Mediators who have come together to promote mediation in Wales and the surrounding area.
We hope you will find this website useful as a starting-point for finding a suitable mediator. You can be reassured that all of the mediators on our list have been accredited by one of the UK’s major mediator training organisations, meet all the standards set by the Civil Mediation Council or Family Mediation Council and are fully insured.
The Association is non-profit making and does not charge any referral fees or administration charges. You make your booking directly with the mediator of your choice. They set their own rates and all fees are payable directly to the mediator.
